Life lately🫰

This one was a journey! 👏 My longest listing to date came with just about every challenge you can imagine: endless open houses, competing listings in the same neighborhood, the condo market shift, contracts falling through, chasing down lenders, navigating an unresponsive HOA, and even handling furniture removal 💪🏼 + cleaning for my out-of-state seller.
But after all the twists and turns, we made it to the finish line and CLOSED! 🙌
