Trailbound Trips

Last week, we visited Chinatown! Thank you Laughing Ocean, Kathryn, for organizing and leading such an enjoyable excursion! There is so much history to discover in our backyard. And thank you Trailbound ladies for your shared knowledge and willingness to explore!

A new destination for Trailbound, Meacham Grove Forest Preserve in Blooingdale. An Illinois protected preserve, it has acres of trillium! Our trail looped Maple Lake and followed a creek in the woodlands. Such a fantastic spring treat! Thank you Donna for guiding Tue. and Thur.!
