RN will manages company’s accreditation renewal process through the CHAP organization within operations, as well as builds strategic goals and leads a staff for successful on-side visit readiness on a daily basis before an accreditation status renewed for the next 3 years.
Plans, develops and implements procedures and policies that enhance the quality of life for people receiving services and assures procedures that support people managing their own health care.
Provides leadership to assure compliance with local, state and federal regulations, and nursing practice standards.
Develops and implements health care related training that assures the best possible delivery of health-related supports and services. Reviews training at least quarterly and makes modifications as needed.
Provide the following duty of care: review plan of care of clients, review medication administrative record of clients, and other if needed.
Develops and maintains documentation system for continuity of care and record storage that assures compliance with local, state and federal regulations and ESAH policies and procedures.
