Weekly Market Update: Residential contracts up weekly, annually
The 2,713 residential contracts registered in MRED's (the MLs) marketplace last week marked a 12% week-over-week increase to go along with a 9% year-over-year bump. It was the ninth consecutive week of annual increases in that metric.

7 out of 36 tests in June had "elevated" levels. And that includes tests for homes w/ mitigation systems. Almost 20% of homes you guys.
