It has been a while since I have been active on this page...
I am so excited to be teaching about something I care so much about in a "Feel Good Series" at our local store, Pahrump Wellness Center. This Saturday I am going to scratch the surface, or maybe just dive in deep if we have a group ready for that about what keeps us stuck when we have a goal or wish we are working towards!

Great design is eliminating all unnecessary detail.
