Good afternoon, I regret to inform you that we are closing up shop due to insufficient inspections to sustain our operations. Despite reaching out to numerous Real estate offices over the year, we have only received a handful of inspections. I had high hopes to succeed in this market here in Pahrump, but unfortunately, it didn't go as planned. I would like to extend my gratitude to all the agents who stood by my side.
