Paducah Chick-fil-A restaurant operator Mark Riley presents a video about the history of Chick-fil-A to a full house at EntrePaducah's Peak Performance in Customer Service event at West Kentucky Community and Technical College last Thursday. Among other insights, Riley explained the importance to your business of creating what he calls "raving fans."

The parents in this village make a living by picking garbage from the landfill under their feet. When you get to 19-yr.-old Bebi with his cello made out of an oil can and scrap wood, think about the words of orchestra director Favio Chavez: "The world sends us garbage. We send back music."
