2016 6.7 Powerstroke EXCURSION

CONCERNS
This Excursion came in for installation of an S&S Disaster Prevention Kit, a MagnaFlow cat-back exhaust, and front and rear differential services.

DIAGNOSIS
While performing the differential service, we found the front differential was clean and full. We informed the customer, but they chose to proceed with the service regardless.
We recommended a transfer case service, which the customer approved.
We also recommended upgrading the CCV filter and suggested installing a DCR pump instead of the Disaster Prevention Kit.

18-POINT COMPREHENSIVE INSPECTION FINDINGS
• Dirty air filter
• Recommended HS cold-side pipe kit
• Recommended oil change
• Recommended fuel filter replacement

CUSTOMER DECISIONS
The customer approved:
• Front and rear differential service
• Transfer case service
• S&S Diesel DCR pump instead of Disaster Prevention Kit
• Magnaflow cat-back exhaust
• 2023+ CCV filter upgrade
• H&S Motorsports cold-side pipe kit
• Oil change
• Fuel filter replacement
• Air filter replacement

POST-REPAIR ROAD TEST
After the repairs were completed, the truck was test driven. All concerns were resolved, and the vehicle was returned to the customer in good working condition.
