RMZ came in locked up. Lower rod bearing burned up. Got it all back together and ready to go!

Another big bore CRF finished. It's a 2026 CRF250RWE.
The first couple pictures show the "ported" works edition head. Then after really porting the head.
The bike has an 85mm Big Bore Kit.

I also moved the intake cam timing some trying to get more high rpm power out of the engine.
The bike was ran on the dyno stock with T4 fuel in it which is the yellow lines.
Then after all the work and dyno tuning the red lines are T4 fuel and the blue lines are Pro 6.

2023 Husqvarna FC350 in for a fresh top end.

2019 Husqvarna TE300i came in making some bottom end noise.

So we pulled it apart to find the lower rod bearing burned up.

We replaced all the bearings, rebuilt the crankshaft with a new Pro X rod and it's back together ready for more riding.

2019 KTM 125sx

The bike is completely stock. Once we the carb was cleaned we started getting it jetted as these bikes are pretty rich from the factory. Got the jetting dialed in and then swapped the exhaust to full . Here's the best run with OEM exhaust and best with FMF. I even leaned the jetting more with the FMF to try and get the power better but it just didn't make as much power down low as the OEM exhaust.
