Want your partner to be your main support person and involved in your birth? Don’t worry, we got you! We love equipping partners to feel confident in their role and involving them in the birth process. This is probably one of our favorite roles as your doula! 🤍

Emotional support can look so different for each moms. One needs words of affirmation; the other, just a silent presence is comforting. One needs advice; the other, just someone to listen. But everyone needs to feel loved and cared for during this emotional journey 🫶🏼.

Our goal is to help make you as relaxed as possible - labor is hard work! We do this through hands on physical support such as counter pressure, massage techniques, and position changes.

You have probably read that you should move while laboring, change positions, and walk around. But you shouldn’t have to remember all the things when you are doing the hard work of birthing your baby! We are trained to know certain positions and maneuvers to help engage baby and can suggest the appropriate movements when needed.
