Next Sunday, we'll be hosting the first Sunset Soul Stretching session led by fitness.Junkies. Through mindful stretching, guided movement, and intentional breathing, you'll have the opportunity to let go of the week behind you and step into the next with intention. Bring clothes you can move in comfortably and some water.
