I get asked all the time how sFit Zoom bootcamps are…Then I constantly hear 👂🏼:
“Zoom workouts aren’t for me”…..“I can’t do virtual training”…..“I need someone to push me”…..”I have to workout with weights or cardio machines”
Trust me when I say, 🗣🗣🗣 YOU DON’T NEED WEIGHTS OR CARDIO MACHINES, YOU WILL STILL GET PUSHED TO YOUR LIMITS AND GET A KICK ASS WORKOUT VIRTUALLY!!! Just ask any of my clients. Personally, I workout with my clients because we are ALL in this TOGETHER
💪🏽Try this workout yourself at home:
4 rounds: 40 sec on / 20 sec off – 1 minutes rest between each sets
-Quick feet (in-out)
-Pulse squat (20sec), squat hold (20sec)
-Half burpee
-Right Lateral Lunge + Squat Jump
-Left Lateral Lunge + Squat Jump
-Right Side Plank + Hip Hikes
-Left Side Plank + Hip Hikes
-Plank Skiers
