On Boss’s Day, we don’t recognize Jim just as a boss, but our leader. A leader is someone who generates enthusiasm, says “we”, shows how it’s done, coaches & develops people, is fair, gives credit to others, asks, & is in the forefront saying “let’s go”. Jim is very involved & in-tune with our company, our customers & employees; a result of his infectious positive attitude & caring heart. He is a person who serves as much as he leads.
