First time an about 50 years the State of California is raising the minimum liability limits from $15,00/$30,000 for Bidily Injury and $5,000 for property damage to $30,000/$60,000 for bodily injury and $15,000 for property damage. This law will take effect January 1, 2025, and It will require all drivers to have aminimum of these new limits.
The state is making these changes because after 50 years the minimum limits are not covering the costs needed and less more with this current inflation.
I wanted to share this important information to everyone, I know it’s not good news to hear, especially right now with everything already so expensive.
