You don’t always fully understand the history of what it took for someone to get to homeownership until you’re standing there with them on key day. Today, I truly understood what this meant to this beautiful family. 🥹

I was referred to Reuben & Heather after they felt their previous agent was not available for them, and they were hoping to get planted by summer coming from Santa Barbara. We spent weekends searching for homes together until this one hit the market… and we just knew. ✨

Even when repairs came up after inspections, I negotiated a $10,000 credit for my clients, and we closed in just 21 days! 😎
