SSB Property Management

Our firm is in search of a handyman. We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, individual who does clean work. Applicants must have excellent customer service in order to facilitate tenants requests and service calls. Must be punctual, professional and polite. Ideal candidate has some of their own tools and is proficient in basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and possible HVAC and Electric. Pay is $350 - $500 perf week. Work week is Monday - Thursday 8am -5pm.
