One of the things that works for people when trying to shed a few pounds or are trying to get healthier, is preparing all of their food for the work day ahead of time.

This is a pic of what I'm taking to work tomorrow.

I have my mid morning snack of cottage cheese and an orange , my lunch which is salad with steak, avocado and a whole wheat wrap, and my mid afternoon snack, greek yogurt with berries. I throw in a few of my fav drinks and of course I'm guzzling water all day too!

Naturally you need to pack clean, healthy food and not chips, pizza and soda 😉

Prep ahead, plan ahead and pack ahead for sucess!

One of my favorite mid morning snacks is plain Greek yogurt with raw honey and slivered almonds. It is filling and has all the right ingredients to keep you going!
