WEEKLY SPECIAL: LONDON FOG ($13)
We all love a London Fog: an Earl Grey tea, a dash of vanilla, steamed milk, and a sprig of fresh lavender if you’re feelin’ fancy. Inspired by this flavor combo, we are using a strong batch of tea in place of water for our sourdough, adding a little milk, and a bit of organic vanilla paste. It screams elegance and demands to be served at tea time.

WEEKLY SPECIAL: SPELT SOURDOUGH SANDWICH ($12)
Spelt is an ancient grain (a category of grains that have been minimally changed by selective breeding, as compared to modern cereals like rice, corn, and most wheats) and carries a nutty, slightly sweet flavor. Compared to most modern wheat, spelt contains more protein, fats, and fiber than wheat and also has large amounts of vitamin B17. Even though this grain is more nutritious, its hull is much harder to remove, so it’s not as easy to thresh and process. ~~The more you know ~~

Summer is just around the corner, which means it's farmer's market season! Starting Saturday, May 23, come find us at the Vestal Farmer's Market (Saturdays and Wednesdays) from 9AM-1PM, and starting Sunday, June 7, we'll be at Rec Park Market in Binghamton from 11AM-2PM.

WEEKLY SPECIAL: APRICOT RYE SOURDOUGH ($13, GF $8)
Our apricot rye sourdough uses our classic hearty rye base and is studded with dried apricot for a slightly fruity, jammy finish. Inspired by Paul Hollywood’s non-sourdough recipe, but we knew that we had to add our sourdough starter to it to give it that extra boost. This bread is also our mother’s day special, so get it for your mom or mother figure, especially if she’s a GBBO fan. Our mother’s day specials sell out quick so pre-order by May 6th!

It’s with bittersweetness we say farewell to a bright, cheerful, familiar face. Tammy, we’ll miss you, your sparkles and cheer, and your unwavering support! It’s a real “long live all the magic we made” moment (Swifties will get the reference). She’s retiring to sunny Florida, and we’re wishing her all the best in this exciting new chapter.
As we say goodbye, we’re also getting ready to welcome some new team members. We’re excited to expand our operation to best serve our, and your, bread and pastry needs.
During this transition, we will pause our delivery service after next week once the bread share ends. We encourage you to pick up your orders at the farmer’s markets (Vestal Farmers Market on Wednesday and Saturday, and Rec Park in Binghamton on Sundays), which start Memorial Day weekend, or at our storefront in Owego.
