You need to understand this!

Especially if you are on Medicare but not limited to such, you may have received one or a million calls from a computer generated "local call" that starts off with "New changes with the Trump Administration..." and it is trying to get you to give them your personal information with the pretense of helping you get money. IF there were changes to your Medicare in the middle of a year either Social Security, Medicare or YOUR PLAN would notify you via MAIL not a telemarketer from another state or country. Who do you trust? A telemarketer trying to just make a sale or someone that has to do annual training to present Medicare products and training, has to do individual company trainings to sell their products and every 2 years continuing education to keep their insurance license?

In our economy I understand trying to get all the help you can while on a fixed income, but please don't be an unsuspecting victim to a telemarketing call.

PS if you want to cut down on those calls, get a human on the phone with them and tell them you will report them to Medicare. If they ask why "For calling without my permission"
