Another satisfied customer.... We performed all levels of repairs... Helped customer get back into her mobile home after hot water heater exploded.... Updated work as previously posted... Glad to have been able to help..

Unfortunately this is what happens when a hot water heater leaks and wrecks havoc ... Had to removed old damaged subfloor, wall paneling, complete bathroom remodeled, new pex plumbing installed due to leaking old galvanized pipe which was restricted from 1/2" water flow to 1/8" (as well as pipe insulation and heat tape installed, new hot water heater installed), underbelly repaired all new wood paneling as well as accent trims installed, new rear door installed, new furnace door installed, and new carpet/sheetgood installed November 2023... Work still being becomed presently will update as completing with Chris Vanburen and David Vanburen Sr.
