We will review multiple relevant subjects and tailor our plan to meet your personalized needs. I will help you improve your nutritional health by helping you change your health behaviors for the long run. This program is 3 months (aka 12 weeks) so you have enough time to implement these health behavior habits and lifestyle changes. I will provide you with support, education, motivation and accountability.
