UPDATE (Noon): The fiber outage remains ongoing at this time. SEI Fiber connects members through an upstream fiber provider, and that provider is currently experiencing an outage. This issue continues to affect multiple providers in the area, not just SEI Fiber.

Our team remains in direct communication with our upstream fiber provider as they work to restore service. We understand how frustrating it is to be without service, and we are continuing to ask for the same information our members are asking for, including when service will be restored.

At this time, we still do not have an estimated restoration time. We will share confirmed updates as soon as more information becomes available.

UPDATE (10:34 p.m.): We have confirmed that a fiber line was cut outside of our network, which is affecting multiple service providers in the area. At this time, there is no estimated time for restoration.
