Ideal Candidates will be proficient in Quickbooks.
Familiarity with the collision repair industry will push a candidate to the top of the list!

Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Answering incoming phone calls.
2. Contacting customers with vehicle updates.
3. Collecting payments.
4. Closing out Repair Orders
5. Working with Insurance Companies and Vendors.
6. Assisting with day-to-day body shop operations.
7. Tracking and recording body shop income and expenses.
8. General Customer Service

Position requires Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Reliability is a must!

Office is closed for all major holidays.

You Need:
1. Solid problem solving abilities.
2. Above average computer proficiency.
3. Ability to motivate staff to achieve common goals.
4. Plan daily collision repair production schedule to maximize efficiency and maintain cycle time goals.
5. Run production meeting to communicate priorities to staff.
6. Perform in-process quality checks to ensure company standards are met.
7. Immediately identify and address any quality issues or production delays.
8. Perform final quality inspection prior to d elivery of the vehicle to customer.
9. Other duties as assigned.

Primary responsibility will be detailing customer vehicles for pickup.
