“Years on the gym floor taught me more than any textbook ever could! Some reasons why I wanted to work on the gym floor instead of jumping straight into online coaching.

I learned how to coach live, handle real-life problems, build trust, fix mistakes on the spot, and — most importantly — coach the person, not just the program.

It’s about mastering the basics, solving problems in real time, and creating real friendships that last far beyond a training session.

This is why I didn’t skip the groundwork and jump straight online.
I did the hard yards to EARN the right to coach teams and individuals — in person, online, or on the pitch.

If you’re a young coach: don’t rush the process.
If you’re an athlete or client: trust the coach who’s been in the trenches.

I could never run a successful online business alongside working with multiple Gaelic Football teams if I never was on the floor!
