📸 PICTURE DAY

Q: When is my child's picture day?
A: Check our Season Announcement post pinned at the top of this page for the full school schedule. We also post individual school reminders as each date gets closer.

Q: How does my child register for picture day?
A: Look for the flyer your child brings home. It has a QR code that takes you straight to the registration link. You'll also find QR code posters at your school's entrance. We also post the sign-up link directly on this page. Lots of ways to get there. Just make sure you sign up before picture day.

Q: What should my child wear?
A: Whatever makes them feel comfortable. We post a clothing guide on this page every season and a link is also available through the registration form. Most importantly, dress them in something they feel good in.

Q: My child has a specific need. Shy, sensory sensitivity, needs extra time. How do we let the photographer know?
A: When you sign up through the QR code, there's a notes section in the registration form. That's the best place to leave any requests. Vinh reviews them before the session.

🖼️ YOUR GALLERY

Q: When will I receive my child's gallery?
A: Gallery notifications are sent by email within a week of picture day. We quality check and edit every image before it goes out. Please allow us that time to get it right.

Q: I didn't receive a gallery email. What do I do?
A: First, make sure you completed registration through the sign-up link. No registration means we don't have your email on file. If you did register, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Message us with your child's name and school and we'll look into it.

Q: How do I access my gallery?
A: Your gallery notification email includes a direct link to your personal account in the Spoiled Rotten Photography client portal. Click the link and your child's photos will be waiting for you.

🛍️ ORDERING

Q: How long do I have to order for school pickup?
A: Each school has an order deadline. Orders placed before the deadline are delivered back to your school. Free, fast, no shipping fee. We post the deadline when the gallery goes live and send reminders before it closes.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Message us on Messenger or email us at [email protected] as quickly as possible. Once orders enter production we can't make changes, but if you reach us in time we may be able to help.

Q: How does shipping work?
A: Orders placed before the school pickup deadline are delivered back to your child's school. No shipping fee and no waiting at home. Orders placed after the deadline ship directly to your home. Flat shipping rate applies.

Q: Who photographs my child?
A: Vinh is the owner and lead photographer of Spoiled Rotten Photography - Orlando West. He's been with every school on our list since last school year. Hailey is our lead assistant and has been with us from the very beginning. Depending on your school, you may also see other trained assistants and stylists on picture day. Every member of our team is background checked and trained to work with young children. Your child is in good hands.
