About Us

A.E.P. is a one stop shop for furry commissioners and artists. We help find those wanting quality hand made goods the finest of products. At the same time, we help fill artists’ commission slots.

What We Do! : At A.E.P. we help artists keep their commission slots full with the least effort by providing them with a steady flow of work. A.E.P. will be setting up representation booths at all the major cons across the continent, advertising all over the web, and appearing in print in con books as well as supplementary publications. We act as an impartial 3rd party mediator between artist and customer, and a barrier keeping harassment and pestering of the artist to the barest minimum, by eliminating direct contact while still keeping the artists’ names on the finished works. As well as expand our artists’ exposure to other artists and consumers.

How We Do It! : Here at A.E.P. we provide an accounts managerial service for artists and customers.

The simple break down of our daily procedures is this. A customer contacts us with a commission inquiry about a fursuit/prop/costume/accessory with their particular wants and looking for price bracket. We then evaluate each case and then viability of the work versus cost. We then either except the commission or go back to the customer with a counter offer. Once this is done we contact our artist finding the right artist to fit the right job. If necessary sub dividing the commission between different artists to fit their skill sets.

Once this is complete we then collect the material costs from our customer and order all the required materials ourselves, then ship them to our artist/artists so we know all materials will properly match throughout the suit. Once the parts are finished, they are shipped to A.E.P. where each piece is inspected for quality, making any final modifications or installations such as suit cooling units or advanced lighting gear. We then photograph the final product for all parties before sending it out certified mail to our customers after receiving final payment. We then distribute payment to all involved parties.
