The Blue Lagoon video is now live!

Now I think it’s time for a bit of backstory.
Although the ‘Blue Lagoon’ wasn’t its real name, this was a very real place with real people.
As a very inquisitive 18 year old, I saved all my supermarket job money, bought a ticket to the other side of the world and found this little town.
I was lucky enough to get a job at the ‘Blue Lagoon’ and lived on a broken yacht on the marina. Being a city girl from London, this was a whole other way of life that I had never experienced before and it has stayed with me ever since. That time and place was so special, not just for me, but I think for anyone that experienced it. The ‘Blue Lagoon’ became the centre of that world and the people that came there everyday, were such characters.
I go back to that place to visit sometimes, but of course the Blue Lagoon has gone and so have the people. They are just in my memories now.

This video was made by and some of the footage is actual tape that I recorded with my camcorder at that time. We went back there earlier this year to make the rest of the video.
I want to thank for doing such an amazing job on this video in 37 degree heat and 98% humidity. I’m still yet to watch it without shedding a tear. # # #
