I’m so grateful that my Airbnb recommended 🧘‍♀️ it was just what i needed in order to stay on track with my goals & clear my mind while i was in Long Beach .
My first time doing yoga on the beach would have a protest going on in the background 😭 but it was still so beautiful that i had to go back the next day . It was a nice gentle reminder to myself about how big the world is & how small my problems are & that most of us just want peace 🤍
Anyways here’s your gentle little reminder today , take time to stretch & explore , do something small for yourself 🤍
