Yesterday I shared that I was identified with the leadership archetype of Deborah.

Here’s what’s been sitting with me since:

Deborah didn’t lead by control; she led through clarity, confidence, and conviction.

Most boards and volunteer leaders aren’t lacking passion.
They’re lacking:
• Clear direction
• Confidence in decision-making
• Structure that supports action

So what happens?

Things stall.
Decisions get delayed.
The loudest voice wins.

In my role, I’ve learned that the real work is:
• Interpreting what’s actually happening beneath the surface
• Framing decisions in a way that inspires action
• Creating momentum where there was hesitation

👉 It’s not about doing more work.
👉 It’s about creating more clarity.

When clarity shows up, everything else starts to move.
