"But what about the annual dues?"
It's a fair question—but it also leaves out an important part of the story.
Unlike paying cash for Disney vacations year after year, a DVC Membership is something you still own. While you're enjoying years of Deluxe Disney vacations, your contract may also retain a significant portion of its value—and in some cases, even appreciate depending on the resort and market conditions.
In this example:
✨ Purchased a Saratoga Springs contract in 2014.
🏰 Enjoyed 12 years of Disney vacations.
