Every week, let's make one decision that will make our business better. Here's our one decision better this week:
Pick one area you want to grow in the next 90 days.
Maybe it’s more clients, more revenue, more referrals, more capacity, or more consistency.
Now ask yourself what would break first if that growth happened faster than expected.
Would leads fall through the cracks? Would client delivery get messy? Would your calendar become impossible? Would your team need you for every decision? Would customers get a different experience depending on who helped them?
Don’t turn this into a giant audit. Just name the first honest answer.
That answer is your next focus. Share in the comments what you will be focusing on.

Authority gets harder when your business asks people to remember too many things at once.
One offer. Then another offer. Then a new audience. Then a different platform. Then, a fresh angle that felt brilliant for about 12 minutes.
We all fall into the trap at some point. New ideas are fun. Focus and repetition are less fun. But that’s usually what makes the business easier to understand, easier to remember, and easier to trust.
You don’t have to simplify everything forever.
But it may be time to ask what would become easier if customers clearly understood the key problem your business is trusted to solve.

A lot of small businesses are trying to build authority by doing more. More content, offers, promotions, and even platforms. More “quick ideas” that somehow create 11 more tasks.
But authority doesn’t usually grow from adding more. It grows when customers start to recognize what problem your business solves, what kind of result they can expect, and why they should trust you to help.
That takes focus. It also takes relevance.
Not every business needs to be on every platform. The better question is whether your ideal customers are actually paying attention there, or whether you’re just suffering from FOMO.
A business can be visible and still be unclear.
So before you add more, ask yourself:
Is this helping customers understand what problem we solve? Or is it just making the business harder to recognize?
