Construction Update: Site clearing is now complete at Edgewood Park of Commerce (EPOC), with building pad work underway for Buildings 5 and 6.

Located on a 41-acre infill site near downtown Orlando, the project will deliver more than 565K SF of small-bay industrial space designed to support local service businesses, contractors, suppliers, and light manufacturers. EPOC reflects a thoughtful approach to industrial development, balancing market demand with the surrounding community through intentional design and planning.

Construction continues at Runway Logistics, with Building 2 now dried in.

Located just south of Charlotte Douglas International Airport, the 81-acre development will deliver seven buildings totaling approximately 900K SF of industrial space. Designed to accommodate a range of tenant sizes and uses, Runway Logistics offers convenient access to major transportation corridors, intermodal facilities, and one of the region's largest labor pools.

In partnership with the Carrie Meek Foundation, the project also includes a workforce development component focused on supporting job creation and long-term economic opportunity.
