Any one willing and able to help a dear friend of First 2 Aid EMS out, we thank you. Frankie Lumm was the Osceola County Emergency Management Planner and early this year moved to take an Emergency Management position with Bay County. He is part of the reason this company exists. Bay County was the hardest hit by Hurricane Michael, and, as many, his home and car was destroyed. The least we can do is help him start over, just as he helped us to start up.
