7 months ago I transitioned from messaging/ lead gen guru life to full time sales rep for The Bulletproof Entrepreneur Program
John Whiting, poached me out of my own business by making some very good points that I knew deep down were true (thanks for telling the truth)
But for context - Hereโ€™s where I was at.. You might resonate
I was pretty much stuck at a stand still
The marketing world chewed me up and spit me out like a bachelor in Vegas
I was at a point in my career where people were paying me $8,000 to $10,000 to look at Facebook Messenger conversations and tell them what to say
My company and brand started picking up momentumโ€ฆ So much momentum that it made me realize something
I had to ask myself
โ€œIs this who I want to be?โ€
My inner dialogue moved from โ€œwhat can I getโ€ to โ€œwho do I want to become and who do I want to spend time around?โ€
I achieved the highlight of my life
Cool apartment, night life, freedom, high status network
But it all felt shallow
Not deep
Not connected
Youโ€™re probably thinking, โ€œbro shut up, youโ€™re complaining about living a good lifeโ€
Honestly, outside looking in, it can seem that way. But inside looking out: Itโ€™s not
The marketing industry is very weird to me
The โ€œcompaniesโ€ that are in this space are very short lived
A lot of them have a new offer every couple months
