I have been working on this collection behind the scenes for a while now and am so excited to finally share it! I would REALLY love it if you would share it too! The Harry Potter books have meant so much to so many, myself included. They provided a world where we could escape to and feel accepted, and most of all, where love wins! In the past few years the series has become charged with conflict due to JK Rowling’s statements about the trans community. No matter what she says, I hope that fans won’t let it take their joyful magical memories away from them. Those are yours. The peace you found in the friendships, the fight you found that helped you keep going, and the love you found in the chosen families built between the characters and within the fandom…those are real and they are forever yours. All books in this collection were purchased used and none of the additional materials are official HP merchandise, so not a penny of this collection goes back to Rowling. @translifeline is a grassroots hotline and microgrants non-profit organization offering direct emotional and financial support to trans and non-binary people in crisis.
