The ingredients in the pictures below when combined may be your new favorite all-natural relief for yeast infections.
FYI: A yeast infection is an overgrowth of certain naturally and unnaturally occurring lil microscopic homies that like to hang out in the vaginal landscape. Yeast infections can be very uncomfortable and can be a result of things like eating too much of the wrong things, not drinking enough water, taking certain medications, and wearing synthetic, nonbreathable fabrics, to name a few causes.
THE REMEDY
-Organic, Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil
-Dried Oregano (the one in the spice aisle of the supermarket. Any brand you trust should do.)
All you need to do is get 2 TABLEspoons of coconut oil in a small, container (the coconut oil MUST BE COLD PRESSED as that's all I have experimented with and know works at this time.)
You'll need to pour 2 TEAspoons of Oregano into the oil and stir to create a mixture.
From there you'll (with a tissue or cotton ball) smear the mixture onto wherever you feel discomfort. No double dipping your tissue/cotton (keep your mixture clean)
The symptoms may start calming down or disappearing kind of fast. (I've seen a complete reversal of symptoms in less than 24 hrs before) REAPPLY AS NEEDED. Just reapply more of the mixture as you feel some discomfort setting in. I recommend covering your mixture after each time you use it and storing it in the medicine cabinet, after all, it is medicine 😉

Be wise. Do whatever you need to do to vet the remedy I shared. Doing an internet search on the relationship between the ingredients i listed below and yeast infections is a great first step.
