Middle school and high school cohorts launch April 7. Space limited.

• does not double-check work
• insists they “don’t have anything due”
• becomes overwhelmed when projects pile up
• "refuses" to use a planner, timers or set reminders
..the issue is usually not intelligence or motivation.

It’s executive function.

Many students have never been explicitly taught how to manage school successfully.

That’s why I created The Studio ADHD Project.

A diagnostic and prescriptive executive function program designed for middle and high school students who are capable but struggling to manage the demands of school.

This is not tutoring. This is not coaching.

This is SKILL DEVELOPMENT.

Students learn to:

• Track assignments and deadlines
• Plan and manage their workload
• Break large projects into manageable chunks
• Understand time-blindness and reverse engineer timelines
• Simplify systems
• Develop routines that work for their unique brains
• Reduce last-minute panic

Students are not simply getting help with homework — they are learning and practicing the skills required to manage school independently in real time.

Program details:
April 7 - April 30, 2026

• 4-week executive function intensive
• Two sessions per week (8 total sessions)
• Highly personalized and selective small cohort
• Limited to just four students

Sessions are twice per week, so students can practice the systems we introduce and reinforce them with built-in accountability. The bi-weekly structure helps solidify new habits.
