Not all liver assessment tools were developed with MASLD in mind.
Many non-invasive tests were originally developed to estimate fibrosis risk. Today's clinical reality is different. Clinicians increasingly need disease-specific tools that support the assessment of fibrosis, steatosis, and inflammatory activity in patients with MASLD/MASH.
LIVERFASt™ was specifically designed for this purpose, providing clinically meaningful insights across all three key dimensions of liver health from a single blood sample.
As liver disease pathways continue to evolve, choosing the right assessment tool becomes just as important as choosing the right treatment.
Because one-size-fits-all approaches do not always fit.

Liver disease management does not end with diagnosis.
Monitoring disease progression—and potentially treatment response—requires tools that can be used repeatedly and practically over time.
LIVERFASt™ supports longitudinal assessment through a non-invasive blood-based approach, helping clinicians monitor patients as care plans evolve.
Because understanding where a patient is today is important.
Understanding whether they are improving, stabilizing, or progressing may be even more valuable.

We're looking forward to attending SOLAR 2026 (Steatosis, Obesity, and Liver Disease Advances in Clinical Research), taking place June 25–27 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The conference brings together leading experts across obesity, metabolic disease, liver health, and clinical research to discuss the latest scientific and clinical advancements.
As interest continues to grow around MASLD, MASH, obesity, and the role of noninvasive liver assessment, SOLAR provides an important opportunity to engage with clinicians, researchers, trial sites, and industry partners on the evolving landscape of liver disease management and clinical research.
Representing Fibronostics at SOLAR 2026 will be Brock Smith, Chief Executive Officer, and David Cashio, Director of Business Operations. We look forward to connecting with attendees and discussing how evidence-based, noninvasive approaches can help support the identification and monitoring of patients across the liver disease spectrum.
If you'll be attending SOLAR, we'd be delighted to meet and learn more about your interests and research initiatives.

Liver disease assessment should not be unnecessarily complicated.
LIVERFASt™ uses 10 common biomarkers from a single blood sample to generate insights across three important dimensions of liver health:
• Fibrosis
• Steatosis
• Activity
With just 1 blood draw.
• Simple ordering.
• Common biomarkers.
• CLIA/CAP laboratory processing.
• Results delivered within days.
Designed to integrate into real-world clinical workflows while providing clinically meaningful information.
Because accessibility matters just as much as performance.

Following ADA 2026, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who visited the Fibronostics booth, attended our poster presentations, and took the time to connect with our team in New Orleans.
We are especially thankful for the opportunity ADA 2026 provided to engage in meaningful discussions about the growing intersection between metabolic disease and liver disease, as well as the ongoing need for effective approaches to identifying and monitoring patients with MASLD and MASH.
During the meeting, Fibronostics presented two posters highlighting:
• LIVERFASt™ performance in identifying advanced fibrosis (≥F3) in patients with MASLD, including patients with type 2 diabetes (T2D)
• The dynamics of LIVERFASt™, FIB-4, and VCTE (FibroScan) during monitoring of patients receiving Resmetirom therapy for MASH
We are grateful for the many insightful conversations with clinicians, researchers, collaborators, and industry partners who shared our interest in advancing noninvasive liver assessment and treatment monitoring.
A special thank you to Dr. Mona Munteanu, Chief Scientific Officer at Fibronostics and presenter of both ADA posters, for sharing the science behind these important findings.
The enthusiasm and engagement we experienced at ADA reinforce the importance of continued innovation in fibrosis assessment and monitoring as the management of MASLD and MASH continues to evolve.
Thank you for being part of the conversation. We look forward to continuing these discussions in the months ahead.
