The holidays can be a hard time to navigate for many. Just a few years ago I found myself being negative and in a never ending cycle of self sabotaging patterns surrounding the holidays. This comes from generational and personal trauma, and I want you to know your past is valid. Your feelings are valid, your sexuality is valid, you traumas are valid, your identity is valid, and dammit YOU ARE VALID!
