Au revoir, Italy... Bonjour, France! For the week of Bastille Day, our kitchen is taking a trip across the Atlantic. The pasta is on vacation, and for one delicious week, France takes center stage with a menu inspired by timeless bistros, rustic countryside cooking, and classic Parisian cafés.
Our French specials include:
🥗 Salade Niçoise – A vibrant Provençal classic featuring crisp greens, seasonal vegetables, olives, hard-boiled eggs, tuna, and a bright Dijon vinaigrette that tastes like summer on the French Riviera.
🦆 Black Pepper Pâté Mousse – Silky, rich, and luxuriously smooth with a generous crack of black pepper, served with toasted bread and accompaniments perfect for spreading and sharing.
🥖 Jambon Beurre – France's most beloved sandwich. Simple and perfect: French ham, creamy European butter, and a fresh baguette that proves a few exceptional ingredients are all you need.
🌭 Classic Toulouse Sausage – A traditional French pork sausage seasoned with garlic and herbs, grilled until beautifully browned and bursting with savory flavor.
🍷 Beef Bourguignon – Tender beef slowly braised in red wine with aromatic vegetables and herbs until fork-tender, creating a rich, comforting dish that has become one of France's culinary icons.
🫘 Cassoulet – A hearty country-style stew of slow-cooked white beans and savory meats, layered with deep, rustic flavors that have warmed French tables for generations.
