Always looking to the sky for inspiration. A fairly large oil on gallery wrap canvas. As much as I love frames, they are time consuming so I’ve tried to incorporate some gallery wrap pieces first the upcoming shows which are every month for rest of year. Found some nice red ochre for a new collection I’m starting. Once again foraging rocks for making pigments for my own paints. Found this one at a great waterfall along with yellow ochre and some gray shales.
