It's our first day after shutting down new PlayStation 5 orders. This only effects the PS5 sales, all other items will continue. We're working on the orders of all of you with uncompleted, full order fulfillment. We're removing our posts that give information for ordering PS5s as we don't want to mislead anyone on here to think we're still selling or likely to start selling again anytime soon.
This is our time to focus on fixing shipment issues and performing quality enhancements of our services and our partners services. It saddens us anytime we get reports of mistakes made, missing items, stolen packages, packages being left without signature and other issues. We're focusing on recovering and coming up with discreet, secure, fast and efficient ways to deliver. Thank you all for your support, patience and positivity!

As the last of 4/19 Console group go out today and we prepare for next group coming in night of May 3rd. We want to thank you all for your patience and support. In a effort to build a stronger community dedicated to living and enjoying their best lives, those subscribed to our website will receive our first Company Newsletter coming out tomorrow.
Every week will be giving information on Company Projects, Merchandise Drops, Charity Events, Social Events we and other companies are hosting/sponsoring WorldWide(Health, Wellness, Food, Gaming etc) along with other information and exclusives. Sidenote to our friends that love bulk ordering up consoles in excessive amounts at a time PLEASE STOP, keep it one at a time. We love the entrepreneurial spirit but keep it to one at a time allow people that want to get just to game have a chance and stop throwing off our system. Last pickups for 4/05 console order group goes out today. It's been a process learning FedEx system and for them to learn ours.
To get status updates on your orders best practice is using Shipping Service Website or APP to lookup all incoming orders in your name to help eliminate confusion. Remember it must be in your name and matching information given to us at time of order to identify correct shipment.
We're sorry for the bumps along the way but it happens with any changes and trials. If you don't want it delivered to your home you can reach out to carrier and have it picked up at their location. All packages will require a signature, if a driver drops off without it please report it to us. Furthermore, order specific questions and concerns cannot be answered in comments, if you truly and genuinely have an issue and want resolution contact us directly not on public forum.
We take care of everyone with patience, positivity and respect. If you come with opposite energy or trolling please understand we don't want that around here. We are a lifestyle. A conscious choice for ourselves, our community and everyone around to live the best life you possibly can and be happy and healthy. If you're coming in with energy that's in opposition of that, the level of patience changes and you're likely to be ejected from community and any order, trip or service canceled.
