Meet Mary, Founder and Owner of Contigo Counseling Services

Mary holds credentials as a National Certified Counselor, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. Her clinical expertise covers a range of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma-informed care, parenting, and relationship dynamics, among others. As a trained Clinical Trauma Professional, she has specialized training in EMDR, Mindfulness, IFS, ACT, DBT, and Gottman techniques.

Mary is passionate about offering support and guidance to individuals, couples, and families. She’s committed to celebrating the unique and diverse identities of her clients. She creates a safe and nurturing environment where personal growth and healing can truly take root.
