I've been nice to all of those people who tell me that I am being pretentious for feeling confident again for loving my body on my temple. You know, if you don't like to take care of yourself, I think that's the villain. I think that's the person who needs to be treated as the evil one here.

So for all of those people who are trying their best to take care of themselves and feel better with how they look, feel better about how they express themselves, I think this is your post. Like and retweet

I’m down 21 lbs so far, and here are 4 things that helped me:

1️⃣ Count your damn calories & focus on macros. The second I stopped tracking, progress slowed.
2️⃣ NEAT matters. Walking, cleaning, stairs — all the little movements add up.
3️⃣ Walking is your best friend. On days you skip the gym, get those steps in.
4️⃣ Find support in what you love. For me, these snacks keep me on track without feeling restricted.
