There are only 80 work days left this year🙌!!

What are you doing to achieve your goals with the time left? How are you tracking your goals?

Metrics matter! Chasing results without actually knowing what you’re doing to get there is like putting water in your fuel tank. Your filling it up with something but it won’t get you any where.

⭐️I have challenged myself to start fueling my body with good foods in order to get the results I want to see. Being ruthlessly committed to my fitness was simply not enough. Now I’m working for the results by eating better for myself. Tracking my food intake for the next 80 days will give me the metrics I need to continue to fuel this Maserati! Time to grow!

⭐️What’s something you can challenge yourself to these next 80 days and how are you keeping track of it?

This quote has stuck with me all week!

My kids are back in school, juggling there own schedules, sports, extracurriculars, friends, and jobs.

The overwhelm is real!

I know as a mom the path ahead of them is uncertain as is mine!

It’s not my job to run interference for them although my instinct says “protect and sometimes control”!

I don’t want to teach them that someone will always swoop in and solve their problems.

I do want to prepare them to face life on their own by having those conversations with them and being available even in those not so convenient moments.

You know the conversations where the eyes are rolling (reminder to self to reach out to my parents and thank them for those 😉)

I want the echoes of influence to linger in their ears as they are adults and long after I am gone.

So don’t just let this be about your kiddos!
