Meet Andrea Mendoza — MBA student and hospitality professional.
Originally from Peru, Andrea moved to the U.S. to grow her career and broaden her leadership skills. She now works in Marketing Development at Wasatch Resort Management, applying her international experience to enhance guest experiences and business growth.

After completing her MBA, Andrea hopes to continue advancing the global hospitality industry—beginning in Park City and eventually expanding her impact worldwide. She aims to take on mid-to-senior level roles in marketing, sales, or management, bringing cultural insight, bilingual communication, and innovation to every team she joins.

Beyond her professional life, Andrea is a talented dancer of Peruvian folkloric music and performs in a Utah-based ensemble, sharing her country’s vibrant culture with her community. Her story is one of resilience, adaptability, and passion—a reminder that leadership can take many forms, and each brings its own rhythm.
