This post is about me.

It was my turn to be in the “hot seat” yesterday at my brokerage’s Action Time.

Part of Action Time is specialized training on how to be better agents...

and really, better people.

I learned a LOT yesterday.

It’s not easy to show your weaknesses in front of a group of people.

And it can be even harder to receive feedback about those weaknesses.

But experience shows that shining the light on your weaknesses is REQUIRED for improving.

I have a strong drive to be better every day.

That requires effort and a willingness to be uncomfortable.
