There is more to having healthy skin than what you put on it. Healthy skin has many factors, and most of the appearance of our skin depends on how we treat ourselves, from the inside out. For example, many people may think exercise isn't important, but the fact is, it stimulates blood flow and helps the body to receive oxygen, which helps our respiratory system and cardiovascular system to eliminate toxins more effectively (putting less stress on our skin, which is another organ of elimination). I have been giving my clients a challenge for the month of January, to be treating their skin the best that they can by treating their bodies as a whole well.
