Gotta make those meal prep gains to get ready for the competition that is planned for November 10th! Message us with your meal prep gains! I hope y'all are ready to test your strength with friends! We will be allowing 20-30 people to compete. I'll let you all know when the event sign up sheet is available.

Hey Swolverines! We are getting things going again! We are working to get the lifting competition up and running. The goal is to get a competition going this semester to build our community again! Our past President has made the life gains and moved on to the business world. BUT, he has not left us! He is now working for a supplement company and we are working with him to get sponsors and discounts on supplement! The VP (Tyler Hemmert) and myself (Anthony Collins) are working to build a business plan to present to this supplement company. The biggest thing we need is the following! We need members! So, for those of you who are passionate about this club and about promoting fitness and wellness we need your help!

Two major ideas that we are working to implement are seminars in which we will have personal trainers come in to teach newer members to gain confidence in the gym and the other is to have club wise gains trackers. I would like to create a strength tracker and a overall fitness tracker to help members quantify their gains and watch themselves improve and grow.
