We are looking for an Scheduling Manager

Job Description:

1. Assists and reports to Financial Operations Director

3. Review job site schedules daily

4. Note and report discrepancies
between scheduled and clocked hours
Record and report any changes on the master schedule

5. Check Supervisor reports for accuracy

6. Ensure Site Supervisors have filled all shifts

7. Assist with finding personnel shift coverage as may be needed

8. Training new hires on internal policies and procedures

10. Help receive and direct phone calls
Participate in weekly staff meetings
